Opportunity works best
with the right support.
Global Skillset Solutions™ is an Ontario registered business focused on international recruitment and global mobility. We help bring the needs of Canadian employers and the experience of international candidates together.
Our approach is personal and practical: understand the role, assess the candidate’s fit, coordinate the next steps and help prepare for a supported start in Canada.
Recruitment & employer matching
We review candidate experience, qualifications and job preferences against prospective employers’ requirements, helping both sides understand the opportunity and expectations.
Documentation & process coordination
We help candidates organize recruitment documents and follow their required steps. Where immigration advice or representation is needed, it must be provided by an appropriately authorized professional.
Travel & arrival preparation
We coordinate travel planning and arrival arrangements around confirmed employment and the required travel authorization, with clear instructions before departure.
Accommodation & workplace induction
We coordinate initial accommodation arrangements with prospective employers and help candidates prepare for induction and the transition into their new workplace.
A clear path.
A supported transition.
Each placement has its own requirements. We keep the journey organized around clear milestones and the details of the individual role.

How do I contact GSS?
Email info@canadagss.ca or use our WhatsApp contact link. Let us know whether you are an employer or a candidate and briefly describe your enquiry. Please avoid sending passport copies or sensitive records in an initial enquiry.
What information should an employer share?
Start with the job title, work location, main duties, qualifications, proposed compensation and hiring needs. Our team can then discuss the next steps.
What should candidates prepare?
A current CV and a clear summary of qualifications and experience are a useful starting point. Further documents depend on the role and process; our team will explain what is needed.
How is accommodation arranged?
We coordinate with prospective employers for an initial three-month period. Your written arrangements should explain what is included, who pays, any deductions and the plan after those three months.
